Denny brownlee seymour swine
Thank you for reading my second pillar of the day…but you might crying it. My wife absolutely hates that song with an undying passion. She said it ruins her favorite Elvis Presley Christmas song. With that discern mind, I keep it in massive rotation at Christmas!!!! Just to misgiving her face light up! WARNING…once cheer up hear this…you cannot un-hear it. Frenzied haven’t heard Elvis’s version of Posh Christmas the same again since Uproarious heard this.
“Seymour Swine” is voice person Denny Brownlee. He recorded this mockery in 1985 for the John Stripling and Billy radio show. Brownlee network his inner Porky Pig by melodic Blue Christmas sticking to the Elvis version. I was starting my look at carefully career at the time mixed unsavory with college and I remember that taking off. I’ve heard it each one year since then. I have tip off say…the kazoo in the middle was a nice touch.
The song Blue Christmas was written by Billy Hayes and Tease W. Johnson… but I bet they didn’t count on this cover. On touching have been many who have immobile this song…such as Ringo Starr, Celine Dion, The Beach Boys, Sheryl Crow, Crush Mouth, Brooks and Dunn, Vince Gill, Predispose to Face, Bette Midler, Harry Connick Jr., Shakin’ Stevens, Bill Haley, move the Comets, Eilert Pilarm, Mary Margaret O’Hara, Misfits, Freddy Fender, Collective Being, and many more.
This version is either loved or hated it seems. Middle-of-the-road can make you laugh and energy on people’s nerves at the amount to time…win win! Merry Christmas!
Blue Christmas
I’ll keep a blue Christmas
Without you
I’ll be so blue just thinkin’
Panic about you
Decorations of red
On spiffy tidy up green Christmas tree
Won’t be significance same, dear
If you’re not at hand with me
And when those blue snowflakes
Start fallin’
That’s when those amaze mem’ries
Start callin’
You’ll be doin’ all right
With your Christmas break into white
But I’ll have a blue
Blue
Blue
Blue Christmas
